OpenBet has completed a platform migration for Switzerland's Loterie Romande, moving the state lottery's omnichannel sportsbook onto its own technology.

The migration fully transfers the existing JouezSport product operated by the lottery for Switzerland's six French-speaking cantons.

"We are delighted to continue our track record of delivering world-class technology and peerless scale to WLA members around the world," said Nikos Konstakis, president at OpenBet.

The company has called the migration a key milestone in its ambition to become the sportsbook platform of choice for World Lottery Association members.

Loterie Romande's sportsbook encompasses online, self-service and over-the-counter betting, with 2,350 point-of-sale retail locations.

OpenBet's provided services include managed trading, AI-enhanced odds and risk management, and a trading system platform.

"We are excited to see how this partnership continues to evolve, and we look forward to continuing to work closely with the OpenBet team," said Jean-Luc Moner-Banet, chief executive officer of Loterie Romande.

The deal was signed in March 2026.

Lottery operators were identified as specific targets for OpenBet after a management buyout in March 2025 set the company on a new path following years under Endeavor Group Holdings.

The migration has seen OpenBet fully move the existing omnichannel sportsbook product operated by Loterie Romande to its own platform.

The company aims to become the sportsbook platform of choice for state lottery firms.

Loterie Romande is the state lottery for Switzerland's six French-speaking cantons.

The management buyout in March 2025 saw the company head in its own direction after years of ownership by Endeavor Group Holdings, prior to that company's rebranding as WWE Holdings.

Konstakis said the company is delighted to continue its track record.

Moner-Banet said the lottery is excited to see how the partnership continues to evolve.

The product encompasses online, self-service, and over-the-counter betting.

Provided services and solutions include managed trading services, AI-enhanced odds and risk management and a trading system platform.
