What is love like

Is it like happiness

I’ve never had it

I’ve always wondered though

People always tell me

It’s the best feeling

I wish for love

But it never comes

I wish on stars

I wish on dandelions

But still doesn’t come

Why won’t it come

I’ve been so patient

So hopeful, so caring

So kind, so nice

Please love please come

I try to search I try to pray

Please just come someday
